Does anyone have more than one contract with EE, i have 2 plus a sim only (so effectively 3) and am wondering if i should have been getting a 10% discount on my 2nd phone contract......

So, my 2 lines were held in separate accounts even though theybhave the same name, address details and payment details. EE also stated that the offer wasnt on when the 2nd line was renewed in 2015, but would have been eligible (if my accounts were together as one) on my last upgrade which was a few months ago.
However, contradictory, i was advised that the 2nd line, which has an addtional sim, was already heavily discounted and therefore not eligible.
I have however, been given a 20quid credit, and the 10% disc on my future bills, to which i have gladly accepted.
