Activating new SIM

Hello there

 

I have a new SIM card on PAYG which I bought yesterday and it's been over 24 hours and the SIM card is still not working. I have even Top-up and registered online. Can you please help me with activation?

Was the device your own device or have you purchased it seperatly?

 

Please do try popping the phone off and back on, does this help?

I tried everything and nothing has changed. Can you please help me as my balance still showing £15?

Second hand, blocked on EE hence I bought DE Sim.

I would recommend speaking to customer services or running a checkmend report just to rule out the handset being blacklisted for lost or stolen.
