Accidental top up

Hi, i topped up my mobile and it didn't register as topping up my credit. it didn't renew my pack and on the recent top up page it said there had been no recent top ups so i came to the conclusion that the top up hadn't gone through. Because of this i tried it again as i thought that the transaction hadn't gone through. except this time i got two messages sayig thank you for topping up. now my pack's renewed and  i've credit that wasn't ment to be there. Please help!

Yes it has @Lee_H . I only wanted to top up 15 pounds but it has topped up twice. with 15 pounds going into my pack (like it was ment to) and 15 pounds sitting in my credit (not ment to)

I've tried calling customer services but all i get is a maze of robots, which number should i call. sorry for the incovineice.
