4gEE Sim Invalid

Hello,

I lost my 4gEE hotspot a couple of months ago, and have just, from advice given by EE staff, purchased a new one on ebay and have had a replacement sim. However, I have tried to put this SIM in, only for it to say invalid SIM.

Does anyone know what steps I need to do to rectify this error?

It is the EE Osprey WIFI (not an osprey mini)
