1571 voicemail

I would like to personalise the message on 1571.  I see that someone asked this a while ago and did not get a solution.   Does anyone know if it can be done?

Re: 1571 voicemail

Try dialling 1571-2-1 to leave a personal greeting. That's how it's done on BT. EE's anybody's guess.

Re: 1571 voicemail

Thanks alas does not work.. probably only BT customers.  All I can do is listen to a standard greeting and received messages.  Perhaps I'll try contacting ee helpline.

If it's not on the menu, it won't be there.
