£15 Data Pack cannot be activated on new sim card

I am new to EE. Before applying the £15 Data Pack, I have ordered a free sim card for checking network coverage and after satisfactory testing, I have top-up the sim with £20, however, still I found no way to choose the plan.

Would like to see if anyone can help? Thanks in advanced.

Re: £15 Data Pack cannot be activated on new sim card

Hello @yuka0125 the £10 & £15 data packs are online exclusive deals that can only be obtained by ordering and buying the pack at the same time using this link:

http://shop.ee.co.uk/sim-only/pay-as-you-go-phones

If you order a free sim from the following link:

http://shop.ee.co.uk/price-plans/free-sim

The packs are not able to selected and cannot be added by texting the relevant short codes to 150 after.

There is no account access on these public forums to look into this further for you I'm sorry, however you can call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who are able to and can discuss any options that might be available to you 🙂

You can add the pack by calling 150, and this seems to be the only way at the moment.  (I am also on this plan)
