well ordered my new phone friday and still no sign and the tracking doesnt work

Have you had any messages from DPD?

 

Could you try downloading their app to see if there are any updates on there?

Hi no messages from dpd and been on to see if any updates none either , getting concerned where my phone is now

I've tried he dpd app and nothing , starting to think something has gone wrong , I'll have to ring 150 now , because this has gone on way to long
