sim card trouble

hi, ive just upgraded to an iphone 11 to a 7, ive been sent a new sim but its now been 23 hours and it still has not activated, i can use the phone on wifi but i have no 4g so unable to ring or text or use internet when out and about. please help

@saskym as your old sim fits your new phone you are fine to continue using it.

Hi @saskym 

 

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you activated the new sim via ACTIVATE NEW SIM 

 

If you have and the sim still aint working if you call freephone 0800 956 3146 and a tech advisor will be able to get your sim up & running for you.

Hi David, thanks for the advise.

 

I have now put the old sim card back into the phone, and it seems to be working.  My only worry is that I may be losing out on any upgrades by not using the new sim.  Any Advice on this please....
