proof of ownership

Hey guys,

 

Quick one... I cannot remember my iPad's number so now I cannot registre myself online to speak to CS and I need a proof of ownership as I've lost my iPad and the insurance is asking for it. Anyone could help?

Try calling Customer Services on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4) . It should not ask for your mobile no.

Did the advisor give a reason why they couldn't supply you with a proof of purchase?

 

Did you purchase the iPad from EE?

She said she couldn't find it on the system, just my old EE iPhone.
