ordered my upgrade online 10 days ago but no info about delivery yet?

I ordered my upgrade online 10 dyas ago but as yet have not been given a delivery date and when I track the order it is just showing as 'awaiting confirmation'.

Is it normal to wait this long? I haven't even ordered a new phone its just an iPhone 6s+

Call sales team on 150 or 0800 956 6000 with your order number to ask about your order where they can help you with your order status.

All sorted - had a chat with someone online from the EE website and the issue was because the handset I ordered was out of stock.
They were really helpful and have a new handset in the post to me tomorrow!
