Re: my iphone keeps losing its network

@harvey1bennett  Have you tried a network reset on the device?  Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.  You’ll also need to put your WiFi passwords back on the device after this.  You wilL not loose any other information from the device.

Hi and welcome to the community @harvey1bennett

So I can try and assist please can I get you to try two things for me.

Network Reset:

Note: Resetting the network settings will clear all WiFi passwords and refresh device network connections.

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to, then tap General.
  3. Scroll down to, then tap Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  5. Tap Reset Network Settings to confirm.

NoteIf a security code is enabled, this will need to be entered between steps 4 and 5.

Carrier Settings Update:

  1. Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
  2. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.

To see the version of carrier settings on your device, tap Settings > General > About and look next to Carrier.

If you insert a new SIM card into your iPhone or iPad, you need to download the carrier settings for your new carrier.

Let us know how you get on.

Many thanks,
