Help!!, if someone tries to call me and I do not pick up in time the caller is told you have dialled and incorrect number instead of going the call going to voicemail. My number is then automatically redialled. How do i fix this?

@Clairec02 That’s weird, give customer services a call about this as something not right.

Turns out there was a problem with the diverts. (there is also a problem with texting VM on to 150, but they are looking into that). They did a network refresh and now works perfectly.
