hi just set up the free apple music but wheni enter the app via the link it says im not registered with ee can some one help me please

Hello @c_t_law is the correct mobile number displayed when you tap settings>phone? If not you should be able to change it then try activating the offer again.

Have you had an EE Apple Music subscription before?
Have you text MUSIC to 150?
Does your correct phone number display in your phone's settings?
Check that the correct mobile number is showing on your phone:
If this still doesn’t work, we would recommend giving customer services a call, they will check to see that this is set-up correctly.
