ee could not activate mobile data network you are not subscribed to a mobile dat

  • I've recently kept my number from another network and texts and calls work but when not on wifi cannot access internet I've tried various things read like network reset, profiles removed

It's wife account but my phone on hers it's iphone 8plus when go online using wifi pay monthly

When log on to EE app it shows got 25 gig data unlimited text and calls

Thanks for coming back to me.

 

Can you try and reset the network settings on the iPhone.

 

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I've done that and still the same spoken to couple ppl and say something bout internet settings not sent correctly

Have you tried to back up and restore the device to see if this helps?

 

Maybe try and a backup and restore as new to see if that helps.
