I have been unable to make outgoing calls or text messages whilst in Europe. I have urgent business calls to make and require assistance to resolve this.
Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly?
Did you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK?
If you didn't, then you may be able to activate roaming by logging into your EE account and following the below steps and screenshot.
Have a look in the "Manage Devices" section. If you see the same thing, you may be able to activate roaming from within here.
If not, then you would need to call customer service on +44 7953 966 250 (if you have access to another phone). This call is free to make while roaming in the EU.
