I rang EE a few days ago to change my billing date from the 13th to the 18th. no worries, have the texts to show that. although my EE account is showing my bill has been paid on the 13th and even when i ring 150 it says it has been paid. no money has been taken from my debit card, very confused. could anyone help on what i need to do?

Your account is normally debited 7 -10 days after your billing date so it will be processed by your bank. If you want to ensure everything is paid then call 150 and speak to CS.

You bill hasn't been paid yet. It has just been invoiced to you on 13 March. It won't come out of your bank till about 23 March.
