Apple Watch No Connection error

My Apple Watch is connected to my mobile but says no connection within the mobile data section on my watch. I’ve tried to restart both but still the same issue. Any ideas how to resolve as I’ve tried everything suggested?

Faulty iPhone 12

Does anyone know how to speak to a human at EE these days?  I’ve tried 150 and all I get is an endless round of menus, and options that do “tests” and then hang up on me.  It used to be so easy.
