I just want a new phone without a sim plan

How can I just order a new phone on my existing account without having to sign up to a plan? 

No delivery updates and payment taken

I made on order for my iPhone 13 pro max on 4/03/2022 and had the upfront payment taken but I haven’t had an delivery updates , can you tell me how long it’s going to take 

Paid but no update
