Why is my iPhone 8 delivery not tracking

I ordered an iPhone 8 64g space grey on last Sunday (8 days ago) 

ordered it in store and was told it would probably be dispatched in 1-2 days. 

I had the confirmation email with expected delivery dates of 27th - 1st. I understand there is delays so I thought this was ok. 

However I have not received any further updates and it is now the 2nd! 

When I click on the tracking information. It has gone backwards and is not even showing that my order is confirmed even though it was before. What is going on??? I am getting concerned now.


also I ordered the Apple Watch 3 at the same time and I've just had an update email for that one, saying it's due to be on time for delivery between the 6th-9th. So why have I had no updates for the phone???


help . I can't get through to customer services, just says it's busy

@Paraamh    Are you order this in store it is highly recommended that you go back to store or if possible call the store don’t forget the staff can only answer the phone if there not dealing with a customer.
