Why have you cancelled my order, was meant to be delivered tomorrow

I’m new to EE and did my order online and then I have to call yourselfs and then they said would be delivered Monday and just had an email saying my order is cancelled, please can you sort this matter out, as a new customer through the service would be good, my order no xkn316217222

There is no account access on here you will need to call in the morning and ask what is going on.

 

Does the email not say why it has been cancelled?

Did not know it was cancelled until I tracked the order, they sent me a email saying they need to speak to me but I talked to them yesterday, I had a email confirming the order saying my order was on the way, so very confused 🤷🏼‍♂️

Surely you know you need to ring CS? Nobody here can solve the issue
