Why does it say on my account I can upgrade and when I log in it says I can’t?

Why does it say on my account I can upgrade and when I log in it says I can’t upgrade or add a phone right now??

Hi Katie,

When I log into my EE it say I’m eligible for an upgrade also I’ve text 150 which also says I’m ready for an upgrade?? When I log in to upgrade on EE shop it states that I can’t upgrade or add any additional phones at the moment! It’s not just a one off I’ve been attempting for over a week on and off.

If you have had 2 different forms of confirmation about being able to upgrade, I would recommend giving us a call and our upgrades department can look at this further for you. 

 

Let me know what you decide to upgrade to,
