@JessSquires92   Have you enabled call abroad and premium rate numbers from within your online account? It’s under manage  this device.

Are you able to make calls?

 

Have you been able to make sure both roaming and premium rate calls are active in your My EE Account online?

I am unable to make phone calls despite changing the settings 48 hours ago online.

Have you rebooted your phone?

 

Are you able to try manually select a different network in your phone settings? you can do this by following these steps:

 

 

iPhone – Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic

 

Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

 

Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
