Why can I not use my iPad in Netherlands the data

I am not able to use my data in the Netherlands it's saying no service on it

@Nilly1230  Have you enabled roaming for this device on your EE account ?  The option might be available for you to enable within your online EE account.  Failing that login to your online EE account and wait for a live chat window to pop up,  you can use these to chat with customer services and request roaming be enabled for your tablet.

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

If you log into your My EE account online and select Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and Call abroad and premium rate calls.

 

They will show as ticked if they are set up for you, if not can you activate both settings?
