If this is part of an Annual Upgrade, the return bag will be sent through the post and should arrive soon, @NickH16.

If you want to chase this up, our customer service team will be able to help.
The pre paid bags usually take 7 working days to arrive. I would expect over the last week there has been a high demand with everyone due for annual upgrade renewal 🙂
Let us know how you get on once you have spoken to them.

As you are completing a trade in offer, Brightstar will send the bag to you.
If you give Brightstar a call on 02087323798 they will be able to get this sent to you.
