I upgraded / downgraded last week from a 'shared' data plan on my wife's phone, to a 1GB plan based on the fact that I was told that data gifting 'would' be launched on 18th October.
I was told the same thing this morning (19-10-18) 'it's been delayed indefinitely'.
Now I will have to pay extra if the second line goes over 1GB for the month! So not such a good deal after all.
I feel that I have been mis-sold on thsi basis - I'll give EE 2 weeks then go back to them.
Not great service ! Maybe they should have told the sales staff but that's not the point is it?

Hi, whilst im not part of the ee team, the process is somewhat difficult but first you go to the myee app, go to family usage, see everyone, then tap on the person who wants data then tap gift data, everythin is simple after that
