Waze

I can’t get Waze to work on my Apple 6. Despite following full instructions and completing a hard reset gps not working. 

 

Any advice ?

it's because  you use Apple the best way to fix your problem is to get a Samsung

Do you see any particular error messages when trying to use the app?

 

Have you made sure GPS is turned on in your settings?

Yes James - I have checked that 

error message off Waze says “no gps” yet I have gone into my settings and selected privacy and set to sharing location with Waze 

when I checked thru the analytics say data has been shared but still app doesn’t work
