Ive never had issues before but tonight I’m trying to access my voicemail and it’s insisting I need a PIN number? I call to set one up and it throws me off the call.
Why would it suddenly start to do that? And why does it tell me ‘when I’m in the uk’? I am!

@DebsD2015 If you’ve never set one up I would call customer services first thing in the morning and get this resolved.

It seems to think I’m out of the country. I did a bit of reading around and set up visual voicemail. (Loving that!!). Seems to have overridden whatever issue it’s having but will try again to call 150 in the morning. (Wouldn’t connect via my phone but did on my OH’s which is why I’m thinking it’s mistakenly thinking I’ve jumped on a plane!)

Let me see what I can do to help.
Could you try and reset the network settings to see if this helps.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Just to let you know you will need to enter any saved WiFi passwords again after doing this.

Mine has also started doing the same today and it also seems to be thinking I am out of the UK.
Are there any answers to this problem yet?

Have you tried removing your voicemail by texting VM OFF to 150 and then activating again by texting VM ON to 150?
What phone are you using?
