Voice mail not working after iOS update to 11

I am using iPhone 7 with EE. Last day I update my iPhone to 11 and voice mail stop working. I tried calling EE and there was no positive reply. They told me that everything from carrier side is correct.

I treid every solutions listed in this webpage.

If you know how to solve this, please help. Voicemail is very important for me.

Hi @jinsonkv

Welcome to the community, I'm sorry to read about your voicemail problem.

Do you use visual voicemail or normal voicemail?

@jinsonkv First try updating the device to iOS 11.1. ( it came out today ) then try texting VM OFF to 150. Turn off the device and give it a few minutes then turn the device back on and text VM ON to 150. Then test your voicemail.

(Ive moved your thread to the Apple forum as you’ve posted in the Android forum)

Hi @NikkiBella.

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried turning your voicemail off by texting VM OFF to 150, then back on again by texting VM ON to 150, with a few minutes in between?

I'd recommend restarting the phone too.
