Upgrade

I ordered an upgrade on the 19 and got the confirmation email but when I checked the order number it’s saying still not  processed. I had it sent to a store as it said it would be quicker however if I had it delivered it would have been here tomorrow!! Please could you tell me how to cancel thanks
