Upgrade payment confusion

I upgraded using my credit card to pay for my upfront cost of £328.95 which if fine but then my direct payment went through which included the upfront cost again but said i was in credit by that much. So the payment has been taken from my credit card and bank account and so i'm in credit which doesnt make sense to me

If you have a chat with our billing team by calling 150, they will be able to look into refunding the amount you have in credit with us.
