I have a iPhone 5c with a max plan of unlimited calls and texts to the Uk for a fixed monthly price. The handset is getting slow so wanted to upgrade and need to know if I can keep the same number, sim and deal with EE?
Any assistance appreciated

If you upgrade, you will have to upgrade your plan and handset. Your mobile number will still remain the same though.
The only way to keep your current plan as it, is is to buy a new handset outright from somewhere else.
You can use your EE SIM card in any device you like.

By upgrading you will keep your no. & SIM if it fits the new phone but you may only take the plans now on offer.
When did you take this Max Plan? It sounds quite old. Was it before 10 May 2017? On that date the Max Plans changed & now include free roaming in USA, Canada, Mexico, Oz & NZ with data up to 15 GB / month.
