Unblocking my phone



I’ve moved to Australia for a few years but before I left I went into store to check a few things, I was told my contract would still allow me to use all my data minuets and texts at no extra cost which is great. 

The second one was I was told I could unblock my phone for an Austrlian sim just so I can set up a bank account here, please can I have help doing so.

Please see EE unlocking guide which explains what you need to do. 


What tariff are you on, as you can only "roam" for a certain period on EE contract tariffs.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
