UPDATE - RESOLVED
Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
We've become aware of a fault whereby iPhone users are unable to post questions or replies in the EE Community as the text box is missing.
We're working on fixing this but in the meantime there is a workaround that will enable you to participate - by putting your phone into desktop mode as below:
Then simply scroll down to request desktop site as in the image below:
