Track order

I’ve ordered the IPhone 8 online on Monday and have received the confirmation email. It provided a link to track my order but the tracking service doesn’t work. I’ve ordered the phone to my local store Hertford and I just want to track the progress

@Vicki7  Don’t worry about the tracker as it doesn’t track the devices progress to you/the store.   Your just waiting for the store to contact you and they will do this as soon as your device is delivered to the store.

I was just a bit concerned because they said that the phone would normally be in store within 24 hours. 😐 So was starting to panic as I’ve had no email/contact from the store or EE to say it had arrived and as I can’t track the order I just wanted to make sure it had all gone through ok.

@Vicki7  Just give customer services a call to find out what happening.  You should of got a email with a XPN number,
