The app isn’t letting me gift data

I’ve been trying to gift data from my account to my brother because he has run out but I still have 13GB left ,we are in a family account ran by my dad,But the app Isn’t allowing him to gift data from my account to my brother either when ever I go on my brother account and click gift data to this number it loads for a bit but then a message saying “sorry we unable to show all the information you want right now.Try closing the app and coming back a bit later”and I have done this but even days later and it still isn’t working!

Only the bill payer/account owner can gift data, is that you?

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

If you are trying to gift data from the account holders My EE app and getting this error message, could you try logging into My EE online.

 

If you log in and select Family Usage, do you get the same error?
