I'm fuming with EE I'm not happy, I added an additional line as I'm already an existing customer, I've had an email confirming my purchase and reassurance from EE over the phone and via a forum and now I've just had an email stating that I am no longer entitled to the device even though on more than one occasion EE confirming to me that I was eligible and that my order would soon be on its way, I wil be going else where is this isn't resolved, I'm deeply disappointed.
