Hi I requested an unlock of my iPhone SE towards the end of last year.
how do I go about an update as it's been a while

Also having the same issue here.
Requested an unlock 10 days ago but not yet heard anything (have checked spam etc).
My unlock was requested 28th December, is the leadtime in working days?

received the below text today:

I received a new phone for Christmas which I have stared using (this will be the one paired on the account).
how do I go about unlocking my old phone?
