I recently signed up for this offer however when I came to log in to Apple Music I got a message saying that I did not have an Apple Music subscription with EE. Could someone help me with this please?

I have opted for 6 Month's free on Apple and have installed it from play store. What am I meant to do now and thanks for the help in advance.

It's saying that I already have apple music subscription and will expire in Feb 2018. But apple is saying 2/11/17 the free trial will end.

I have registered for the 6 free months fine and have had the message to say it's been activated in my account but I haven't been sent the link to add it to my existing Apple ID ?

The mobile number is different to my actual number as it was transferred over from another network. I'm so lost shall I just start From scratch with the apple add-on from ee

I have deleted everything to start again and I now can't get free apple music. Thank you very much ee for nothing. Not happy

For some reason my query not been responded to And yet later queries have.
Would appear that instruction are not very clear if reading the community correctly. Needs to be addressed

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration getting this set up.
Here is what to do, if an incorrect mobile number is showing (in case you’ve ported your number over to EE)
Your SIM needs refreshing to display the correct number then the offer should work – to request this please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250.
If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also login to MYEE online and click the popup box when available to speak with us via live chat.
