Just takes me to the "For You" page on the app.
It doesnt even tell me ive signed up for anything now.

No i never used it when I upgraded.
Ive sent the text to 150 - clicked the link which took me to the download for the app. I downloaded and it only offered me 3 months free.

When you go into the Apple Music App, tap the Music at the top then there is an option at the top to click - Joined through EE?
By the sounds of it you've signed up to the Apple 3 months.
You'll need to cancel this to then carry on with your free EE 6 months.
All the steps you need are on the Apple Music Help page.

Im sorry, i dont understand that fully.
I text Music to 150
Followed the link on the text.
Followed the instructions on the help page
Entered all my details, accepted all the t and c's
The app stated I have a 3 month trial.
Deleted the app from my phone and re installed using the link.
The app then verified my number (didnt do that the first time)
Still states my trial runs out in september. Nowhere on my app does it say anything about ee.
This is becoming frustrating

in fact, Ive just realised that the app doesnt work on my tablet anyway which is what i use in my car, so i'll make do with 3 months and cancel it.

I have successfully gained the 6months free Apple music, but I have noticed that it is still using my data when your offer states it should also be free.
I have texted both MUSIC & STREAM to 159 just to be sure and both replied with the same messages saying "I have already have...this will expire 23rd Jan".
Please can you explain to me how do I stop it from using my data.

Last night my data ran out (I'm on Contract) but surprisingly, since it's not using my data allowance - my Apple Music Streaming also stopped. After midnight my data allowance refreshed and my Apple Music Streaming began to work. So does this mean you have to have a current data allowance in order to connect and download the music - even though we are told it's not using any of our data allowance.

I've just tried to activate and it fails sending a verification code because for some reason my phone number is set to 00000000000 and I can't change it. How can I resolve this?
