I didn't text "Music" to 150 but rather add the apple music addon from "my ee" app then received a text message saying I could go ahead and that I should be able to get my 6 months free

well, the apple music operator said the reason I couldn't activate it was because of my 'credit score' since I don't have much of a credit history as I am a student. They also said I would be able to activate it after 3 months of paying my monthly phone bill

@Keith-Khembo You subscription with this is with EE not Apple. Text MUSIC to 150 and wait for the reply message.

No, I just got a message saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again a little later, or call 150 free from your EE phone if you've already tried before", in which I called and I'm not sure which option to go for, since there wasn't one this directly pointed to helping me with my apple music problem

Hi since doing the last update on my iPhone my subscription has disappeared it says I don't have any. I went back to my original text in August and tried to redo it but it won't allow me. Please help

Wait until your active subscription cancels then set up Apple Music linked to EE or it won’t work it will still keep charging you for your subscription via iTunes for Apple Music call 150 and speak to customer services they can give you an in depth answer to your issue and how to resolve it

I am a new customer with EE, my iPad won’t let me send “MUSIC” to 150, is there a reason behind this or another way to access the 6 months free Apple Music etc?
