ext to a colleague and we have the same Apple hanset (iphone 6s) but we have a different signal strength? There's shows 3G and he can get onto the internet and mine says EE and I can't gain access. How can this happen and is there a setting that needs to be changed to fix the issue with my handset?

Hello @Barney7 to test the two device fairly swap the SIM cards round and see how they get signal then. This will also confirm if it is a SIM card (line) or device fault and if so which one of them is faulty.
Are you lying the devices down flat on a table near to but not right next to each other and leaving them to settle for at least 30seconds? Holding them in your hand at different angles can affect your signal by one or two bars.
