Problems pairing Apple Watch 3 e-sim

Has anybody had issues pairing the Apple Watch 3 e/sim data plan ? I have had this watch with EE since April 2018 which I am paying monthly for, but for some unknown reason it has unlinked itself from the phone number and watch, and won’t pair again ? I have spent an hour a day since Friday 30th November  with level 2 tech support and nobody has an answer for me.

What did the level 2 team say when you last spoke with them?

 

Have they escalated this to our device specialist team for you?

They have escalated it twice,  as it has happened twice since last Friday. Last time I tried to solve it with level 2 was on Tuesday evening when they said they will escalate it again to DST, I have not heard anything since. All these problems happened when I got my Apple Watch 4. Last week. Since then my Apple Watch 3 has lost its data account and they have reset the e-sim numerous times with no difference made.

@Dakka you can only have one watch linked to your EE account so the s4 has replaced the s3 on your account.  So now the s3 doesn’t have a data account.

I have the Apple Watch 3 connected to my sons line,  and the watch 4 to mine.  had problems connecting the series 4 , then tech support connected the wrong plan to the watch series 4. Eventually  Got my series 4 connected correctly through tech support, but can’t get the series 3 paired back with its original e-sim number.. everyone in tech support is baffled.  I am just wiping both the iPhone X and watch series 3 and going to try again whilst waiting for DTS to get back to me.
