Number transfer problems

I have moved to EE from three, and have brought my number over to transfer to my sim.

ive received the message saying the transfer was complete and everything, but for some reason, my iMessages are going through as the EE number still? My text messages are going through on my Three number which I transferred over and also when I send a text message the person I am texting is receiving every message twice!!! So frustrating, any ideas why?😒

@AlishaRose  Turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then restart the device, go to settings>phone and your number should now be correct at the top of the page.  You can now switch iMessage and FaceTime back on.

Not worked unfortunately! No idea why

@AlishaRose  Leave iMessage and FaceTime off and try a network reset on the device.  Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.  The device will reboot and you will need to put your wifi passwords back the device after this.
