I am trying to add a device (mobile phone) to my EE acount, but I'm not receiving the security code. I was able to successfully add credit to the SIM. I am currently in Canada for a few weeks, if this makes a difference?

That's correct. Am I able to activate the sim if I call customer services? Or do I have to be in the U.K. to activate the sim?
