No signal with new sim

Hi I inserted new sim yesterday at 1800 and still not network coverage or signal?

And why did you have a new sim ?

As @Chris_B has asked have you tried a restart?

 

Was this a replacement SIM card?

I have the same problem and it’s a new sim for my phone,  never been with EE before and the phone number I was given isn’t recognised in the EE app
