No service ?

Why does my phone keep saying no service? I know that it’s just a problem with my phone because everyone around me are able to use their phones. There is no network problem in the area either, yet I am unable to receive or make calls??? Also, my bill has been paid for!

Have you checked your area using the Network Status Checker?

 

What phone are you using? I would recommend a soft reset of your device also.

Hi Katie, 

 

The service in the area is fine, all other networks are working aside from mine. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and I have already attempted this.

Are you able to try your SIM in another device and see if you receive service?

The phone is specifically locked to EE network so no other sim will work.
