Since I restarted after a EE sms I only get 3G and no WiFi calling. I cannot log into an account as it is a work contract.

@Chillicat Have you tried restarting the device again? Have you checked to make sure everything is correctly enabled? If you can say yes to all of the above you’ll need to get the account holder to call EE business services.

Ok thanks. I have checked my phone settings and they are ok. I’ll log the issue with are it department see if they can sort it. Thanks

Ok my company contacted EE and found that EE had left 4G off of the last sms update. They pushed a new update to my phone and all’s good with the world again.
