New upgrade order on 28th April, got confirmatory email but nothing since!

Have not heard anything else and it's been 5 days, upgrading to an iPhone 8,  impossible to speak to anyone at EE due to there being no option to talk to anyone about my upgrade order!! If anyone from EE can please help me on here I would be very grateful.thanks

@Hayles6276   Yes there is options to talk to customer services about your upgrade option as I did this even I ordered online I then phoned and spoke to customer services.
