How long until a new order shows up in the EE app?

Also, where did you upgrade, online over the phone or in store?

Placed the order last night over the phone.

 

Not showing in app, no email either.

 

Every other pre order has shown, this one hasn’t. When I spoke to 150 she said it won’t

If you have had no email or text I would call us on 150, so you can get your 000 reference number to use our online order tracker.

 

This will keep you updated with delivery of your device.

Morning

 

I called this morning and was given a 10 digit order number starting 023 not 000.

 

When I try to track this it says:

 

Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.

 

At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device. Items ordered with our superfast delivery service and some orders with multiple items also can't be tracked.

 

If you've ordered a pay as you go handset or device, or an EE SIM Only, your order should arrive within 48 Hrs. Keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE.

The tracker should update fairly soon.

 

You will get a text from DPD when it's on the way too 🙂
