I have recently bought a pre owned Apple Watch 3 cellular and I got a new plan with EE to include my watch. I set it up and it said the watch was linked with another number do I wish to keep this one or remove it so I clicked the remove option. I then received a message saying I need to call EE on 150 to complete setup. I’m just wondering why this is. I thought I would just be able to set it up and I would work. It’s new year and I’m guessing the stores/customer service are going to be unavailable on New Year’s Day. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Its quite normal for to finalise the cellular, that a call to 150 is sometimes needed.
I've owned the series 3 and now the series 4. And on both occasions I've needed to call 150 to complete the setup.
